Rohner Press, located in Chicago, IL, is a printing press known for its specialty print techniques, premium materials, and high-end packaging, producing distinctive pieces for both large-scale productions and small print runs. During my tenure at Rohner Press, I gained extensive hands-on experience in graphic design. I revamped their website using WordPress, featuring my own photography of newly printed materials. Through close collaboration with clients, I contributed to diverse design projects, enhancing my proficiency in paper selection, printing processes, and file preparation. Additionally, I acquired expertise in operating a laser cutter, developing dielines for various products, and creating physical prototypes.

I collaborated with clients at Rohner Press on diverse design projects, ranging from business cards for Phillip Keefe Woodworking to crafting a distinctive wedding invitation for a client with a clear vision. These experiences provided me with valuable insights into Rohner Press's various print processes, such as foil stamping and embossing. I also refined my skills in preparing files specifically tailored to these advanced techniques.

Digital Content Managment

I managed and enhanced Rohner Press's digital presence, leveraging my photography skills to capture new projects, utilizing WordPress to maintain an updated website with dynamic content, and crafting a visually captivating and vibrant aesthetic for their Instagram profile that is cohesive.
